GTFO is very useful WoW Addons like ReforgeLite especially if your PvE type player who plays with Spell, it has a spell detail level when about to turn down. GTFO also improves your situational awareness and highly recommended for raiders in all skill levels. It’s also useful for players that play with their spell graphics turned down and also assisting with PvP when you can’t tell who’s casting the AOE.
When addon installed you will heard an audio alert. The warnings come in four distinct audible alerts:
- High Alert – Dungeon/raid encounter AOE that you want to get out of it ASAP
- Low Alert – PvP and low damage AOE, use your best judgment whether or not to move
- Fail Alert – AOE you should have moved out of the way of, but it’s too late
- Friendly Fire Alert – AOE radiating from a teammate’s body, one of you needs to move

This is tuned for dungeons and also in raids in original vanilla WoW, Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm
You will receive an alert also before you start receiving any damage, during vehicle fights (e.g. Malygos, Flame Leviathan) and there’s also a specific alerts for Tank and non-Tank.
